Who we are
The Portrait Archive is a photographic project run by Tadeu Fidalgo in Stockholm, Sweden. Contact: tbfidalgo@gmail.com.
Mailing list
If you join the mailing list we store your email address, an optional first name, whether you gave consent and when, and when you subscribed or unsubscribed. We use it only to send occasional emails about new portraits, archive updates and opportunities to be photographed. You are added only after you tick the consent box and confirm your address from the email we send.
Unsubscribing
Every email has an unsubscribe link. When you unsubscribe we keep a record that you left, so you are never added again by mistake. You can ask us to delete that record entirely by email.
Bookings
When you book a portrait we store your name, email, phone number, chosen time and any message, to run the session. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store card details.
Portraits and names
Your portrait appears in the public archive with your neighbourhood and year. Your name is shown only if you explicitly agreed to it. We never publish email addresses, phone numbers or home addresses.
Service providers
Emails are delivered by Resend and our email service; data is stored with our hosting and database provider. They process data only on our behalf.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Write to tbfidalgo@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
